2. Information Collection and Use

To provide a high-quality experience, we collect information both directly from you and through third-party partners.

2.1 Information You Provide & Account Data

Google Data: If you log in using Google, we receive your email address and Google account ID to authenticate your identity and communicate updates.
Purchase Information: We manually report in-app purchase data. We collect purchase amounts and currency types specifically for financial reconciliation and to measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns.

2.2 Third-Party SDKs (TikTok & Firebase)

Google requires disclosure of third-party partners that collect data. Our application integrates the following:

A. Google Firebase & Analytics Services

We utilize a suite of Google Firebase and Google Analytics 4 (GA4) services to ensure app stability, analyze user behavior, and optimize our marketing efforts.

Crashlytics & Performance: We collect crash logs (e.g., stack traces, device model, and OS version) to diagnose bugs and improve app reliability.
Analytics & Event Tracking: We use Firebase Analytics and GA4 to track in-app user interactions ("events"). This includes app launches, screen views, and specific user actions.
Purchase & Conversion Data: We track in-app purchase events (including transaction amount and currency). This data is synchronized with Google Ads to measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns and to perform conversion tracking.
Advertising & Attribution: We may link your Google Advertising ID (GAID) with Firebase events to provide personalized ad experiences and to evaluate our marketing ROI.

B. Google AdMob

We use Google AdMob to serve advertisements in our app. Google and its partners use cookies or unique device identifiers (such as the Google Advertising ID) to serve ads based on your visit to our app and other sites on the internet.

Purpose:To provide personalized and non-personalized advertising, and to measure ad performance.

C. TikTok Business SDK

We use the TikTok Business SDK to evaluate ad effectiveness, perform attribution, and provide relevant ad recommendations.

Data Collected: Device Identifiers: Google Advertising ID (GAID), device model, operating system version, and IP address.
App Events: App launches, page views, registrations, and in-app purchase information (amount/currency).
Metadata: Time zone, language settings, and network type.
Purpose: To measure ad performance, optimize ad delivery algorithms, and prevent advertising fraud.

3. Your Choices and Opt-out (Consent)

We respect your right to control your data. This is a priority for our compliance.

Initial Consent: You can choose to decline data tracking through the privacy consent pop-up when you first launch the app. We will not transmit your personal data via the TikTok SDK unless you have provided your consent within the app.
Device Settings: You can revoke authorization for ad tracking at any time via your Android device settings: Settings > Google > Ads > Reset or Delete Advertising ID.

        Account Deletion: You have the right to delete your account and all associated personal information at any time. We provide two ways to exercise this right:
        In-App: Navigate to Me tab > Account Settings > Delete Account > Request Account Deletion.
Processing Time: Upon receiving your request, all associated data (including account identifiers and linked third-party metadata) will be permanently removed from our active servers within 14 business days, except where retention is required by law.

      

4. Cookies and Web Beacons

We use cookies or similar technologies only when you access our web-based services (such as our website or web views within the app).

5. Children's Information

Simubus does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. If you believe your child has provided such information, please contact us immediately, and we will promptly remove it from our records.

6. Updates and Consent

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Significant changes will be notified via in-app messages or email. By using our application, you hereby consent to this Privacy Policy and agree to its terms.
