Simubus (hereafter referred to as "we," or "us") collects and uses personal information described in this privacy policy based on the following legal grounds for processing:

• We need to enter into a contract with you.
• You have given us permission to do so.
• Processing your personal information is in our legitimate interests.
• We need to comply with legal obligations.

Simubus will only retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this privacy policy. We will retain and use your information as needed to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our policies.

If you are a resident of the European Economic Area (EEA), you have certain data protection rights. If you would like to know what personal information we hold about you and wish to have it deleted from our system, please contact us.

In certain circumstances, you have the following data protection rights:

2. Cookies and Web Beacons

Cookies and similar technologies are commonly used on the Internet. When you use our products and/or services, we may use Cookies and similar technologies to collect your login information, device information, browsing records, and other preference data. We do this to ensure the normal operation of our platform, simplify repeated actions (such as login), protect the security of your information and account, and improve our products and services.

We will not use Cookies and similar technologies for purposes other than those described in this Privacy Policy. If you prefer not to allow Cookies, your browser may let you manage or partially/fully refuse them, or delete Cookies already stored on your device. Certain features of our products may only function when Cookies or similar technologies are enabled. If you disable or delete them, some services may not work properly or you may not receive the best experience, and it may affect account security.

3. User Provided Information

While operating Simubus, we collect and process the following types of information:

• Google Data: If you log in using Google, we receive your email address and Google account ID to authenticate your identity during login and to contact you regarding product updates or account changes. All use of this data complies with Google’s API Services: User Data Policy.
• Firebase Data: We integrate Google Firebase to provide a reliable and high-quality service. Currently we only enable Firebase Crashlytics to collect crash logs (such as device model, OS version, stack trace, and installation ID) for diagnosing and fixing stability issues. Deleting Your Data: To delete your account and associated user data, open the Simubus mobile app, go to the Me tab, and follow “Account Settings” → “Delete Account” → “Request Account Deletion”. Once we receive your request, the account and all related personal data will be permanently removed within two weeks. After deletion, we do not retain backups or archives of your data.

4. Children's Information

We prioritize protecting children’s use of the Internet and encourage parents or guardians to observe, participate in, and guide their online activity.

Simubus does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. If you believe your child has provided such information, please contact us immediately and we will promptly remove it from our records.

5. Updates

We strive to keep this privacy policy current, but it may be updated from time to time. When material changes occur, we will take reasonable steps to notify you, which may include in-app messages, website notices, or email communication.

6. Consent

By using our application, you consent to this Privacy Policy and agree to its terms.
